Where do I download Scorch?
Scorch is delivered through the Pulse app rather than a direct download. Check the confirmation email for your Pulse serial key (it sometimes lands in spam or promotions), then redeem it at pulsedownloader.com (https://pulsedownloader.com/).

This is usually a permissions issue rather than an actual problem with the file. Try granting read & write permission on your plugin folders. If the installer still won't run, contact support for a manual drag-and-drop install.
My sound bank is empty / no sounds are showing up.
Make sure the sound files are fully extracted from the ZIP before pointing Scorch at them, and that you're pointing to the folder literally named “Sounds” — not a subfolder inside it. If it's still not showing up, contact support for a fresh download link.
