  • Us (Sauceware Audio Inc.): We own and run this site and the products we sell.

  • You (User): Anyone who visits our site, registers, or purchases products — by doing so, you're entering into a contract with us (Sauceware Audio Inc., 139 Grindstone Drive, Halifax, NS).

  • By purchasing or using Spawn, Because Spawn is co-developed with Lemonaide Music Inc., you also agree to Lemonaide’s Terms of Service, which apply to your use of Spawn.

2. Using the Website & Content

  • You’re responsible for using saucewareaudio.com as intended and at your own risk.

  • We work hard to keep content accurate, but mistakes or changes can happen. We offer everything “as is” — meaning we don’t offer guarantees.

  • All content (like site text, images, music samples) belongs to us unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce or share it without our permission.

3. What You’re Buying

When you purchase from us, you may receive:

  • Sound files (beats, loops, samples)

  • Software and plugins

  • Related documentation (like manuals or guides)
    These are collectively called the Products.

4. Your License to Use Products

With purchase, you get a license to use the Product — lasting as long as you follow these rules:

  • No resale or sharing: You can’t redistribute or sell it.

  • No reverse engineering: Don’t try to copy or extract the underlying technology.

  • Personal use only: Use Products in your own creative work — you may include them in music you produce, but don’t share the raw files separately.

5. Keeping Products Safe

Please keep your Products secure. That means:

  • Don’t let unauthorized people access them.

  • Don’t try to disable security features or protections built into the Products.

6. Ownership

Sauceware Audio still owns the Products — you’re just licensed to use them. You don’t own the underlying files themselves. 

7. Copyright & Usage

You’re free to integrate Products into your own music. However:

  • Only the person who bought the Product may use it.

  • You’re free to use Sauceware Audio products in your original music and productions without limitation. However, the products themselves (sound files, software, code, and documentation) remain the property of Sauceware Audio

8. Personal Data

If you share personal information with us (like during sign-up or checkout), please provide accurate details. We treat your info with care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy — which you also agree to by using our services.
