My Mac says the installer is damaged, or flags a malware warning.
This is usually a permissions issue rather than an actual problem with the file. Try granting read & write permission on your plugin folders. If the installer still won't run, contact support for a manual drag-and-drop install.

My sound bank is empty / no sounds are showing up.
Make sure the sound files are fully extracted from the ZIP before pointing Scorch at them, and that you're pointing to the folder literally named “Sounds” — not a subfolder inside it. If it's still not showing up, contact support for a fresh download link.
The chord section is empty.
Chord presets need to live in an exact folder path:
Windows:
C:\Users\[username]\Music\Sauceware Audio\Scorch\ChordsMac:
/Users/[username]/Music/Sauceware Audio/Scorch/Chords
If they're not in that exact location, they won't show up in Scorch. Contact support if you need to redownload the chord presets.
