Do I need Kontakt to use Trifecta?
With Trifecta, you’ll receive a free copy of Kontakt 7. With this, you’ll be able to use Trifecta. Both Kontakt Player and Kontakt Full can be used.
What is the refund policy?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your receipt is received and verified, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Are the bonuses royalty-free?
All of the MIDI, one shots, presets and drums are royalty-free. The samples included gives you a non-exclusive license to use them in your productions however you see fit, see the sample folder for detailed agreement. Master Clearance Guaranteed.
