Scorch comes in 32 and 64 bit VST, VST3 and AU format.
What is the installation process for Scorch?
Scorch is two separate installation files. The plugin installer and the sound bank. The sound installer is over 7GB of high-quality sounds. You will need a .rar compatible extractor to open the file. We suggest using 7-Zip for Windows and Unarchiver for Mac. We recommend installing the plugin while the sounds download.
Scorch comes with an activation code which can be used on up to 2 devices. If you require more licenses, you’ll need to purchase another copy of Scorch. The activation code can be viewed at checkout, will be automatically email to and included within the Scorch.zip file. You'll be asked to enter the code upon launching Scorch for the first time.
Are the bonus products royalty-free?
All of the MIDI, one shots, presets and drums are royalty-free. The samples included gives you a non-exclusive license to use them in your productions however you see fit. Master Clearance Guaranteed. For more specific clearance questions, email support@saucewareaudio.com. Once we have the basic information regarding the usage we can advise on clearance terms and issue an agreement to you for signature.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 30 day refund guarantee on the Scorch plugin only. Due to the nature of information products, we are unable to offer a refund on the courses and all sales are considered final. For the sake of transparency, Scorch shall be considered 50% of the cost of the Sample Maker Suite for any refunds.
How do I access my courses after purchase?
After completing your order you will be sent an email asking you create an account. After your account has been activated, your courses will be available to access within the account dashboard under the My Courses section. Within the dashboard, you'll also be able to download your files and access installation videos and instructions.
